Run & secure

Google Workspace, set up right and supported locally

We supply Google Workspace licences, migrate businesses from Microsoft 365, cPanel email, GoDaddy, Zoho and other platforms, and provide ongoing UK-based support. From MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to Shared Drives, Meet, Calendar and Chat, your Workspace is configured properly, secured and ready from day one.

The common pitfalls

Plenty of businesses have a Google Workspace that technically works but isn't configured properly. Email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are missing, so emails land in spam. Shared Drives aren't used, so files live in personal drives and leave with staff. Security sits on default settings. And billing is higher than it should be because licences don't match how people work.

Our approach

Our setup and audit service fixes all of this systematically. We configure your domain, structure your Shared Drives by team, apply security best practice, right-size your licences and brief your team on how to use it well. For migrations we move everything (mailboxes, files, calendars and contacts) with no data loss and minimal downtime.

FAQs

Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace?

Yes. We migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint) to Gmail, Calendar and Drive. For teams of up to 50 users we usually complete the move over a single weekend.

Is your Google Workspace pricing cheaper than buying direct?

As a reseller we can supply Google Workspace at or below standard list pricing, with UK-based support, licence management and one point of contact for billing and technical issues. Contact us for a quote based on your team size and plan.

What's the difference between the Google Workspace plans?

Business Starter covers email, Drive and Meet for small teams. Business Standard adds more storage, meeting recordings and richer collaboration. Business Plus adds advanced security, eDiscovery and audit tools. We'll recommend the right plan for each user.

What happens to our data if we switch to Microsoft 365?

Nothing is lost. We export and migrate every mailbox, Drive file, calendar and contact before decommissioning Workspace, and we don't close your account until everything has been checked in the new platform.

Do you train our team?

Yes. Every new setup includes a remote training session covering Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Calendar, Meet and Chat, plus a written quick-reference guide.
