General

What services does AVRIX Digital offer?

Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn), GA4 and analytics consulting, web development, bespoke web applications, AI and workflow automation, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Google Workspace, AWS consulting, and specialist tech and digital recruitment, all from one team.

Who do you work with?

Mainly UK small and medium-sized businesses with roughly 5 to 300 employees, across sectors such as e-commerce, SaaS, FinTech, professional services and healthcare. We give smaller businesses access to the kind of joined-up expertise usually only large companies can afford.

Do you work with businesses across the UK?

Yes. We work with clients across the whole of the UK. Most of our work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits arranged when a project needs them.

What makes AVRIX Digital different from other agencies?

Three things. First, one partner: your marketing, analytics, cloud tools and hiring are joined up instead of split across suppliers who never talk. Second, accountability: we agree the numbers that matter to you up front and report on them in plain English. Third, fairness: you own every account and asset we set up, and we charge flat, transparent fees rather than a percentage of your spend.

Working with us

How do I get started?

Book a free 30-minute call or send an enquiry. We'll listen to your goals, ask the right questions and come back with a clear recommendation, including whether we're the right fit. No jargon, no pressure.

How do you measure success?

We agree the metrics that matter to your business before we start, such as leads, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, revenue, hours saved, cloud costs or time-to-hire. Every client gets a monthly plain-English report covering what happened, what it means and what we're doing next.

Will I have a single point of contact?

Yes. You get a named lead who coordinates everything, even when specialists from different areas are working on your account.

Who owns the accounts, data and code?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics properties, domains, cloud tenants, code repositories and data are created in your name. We work with delegated access, so if you ever move on, you keep everything.

How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?

Within one working day, from a real person.

Pricing & contracts

How do you charge?

Project work (websites, migrations, GA4 setups, automations) is quoted at a fixed price before we start. Ongoing services (campaign management, managed cloud, support) are a flat monthly fee based on scope. Recruitment is success-based. We never charge a percentage of your ad spend.

Do you tie clients into long contracts?

No long lock-ins. Ongoing services run on a rolling monthly basis after any initial setup period agreed in your proposal. We'd rather keep clients by delivering results.

Is there a minimum budget?

There's no strict minimum. We'll always tell you honestly whether your budget is enough to hit your goals, and suggest the smartest place to start if it isn't.

Performance Marketing

Which advertising platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising and programmatic display. We recommend the right mix for your audience, industry and goals.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly management fee based on the scope of work. Your budget goes to the platforms, not to us, so we're always motivated to improve efficiency rather than push up spend.

How quickly will I see results?

For Google Search you'll usually see initial data within two weeks. Meaningful optimisation typically takes four to eight weeks as data builds up. Meta and LinkedIn campaigns usually settle within 30 to 60 days.

Do I own my ad accounts?

Always. Accounts are created in your name and stay yours. We work with manager access, so if you ever stop working with us you keep everything: account history, audiences and conversion data.

What reporting will I get?

A monthly plain-English report covering spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead, ROAS and attributed revenue, with commentary on what worked, what didn't and what's next. Live Looker Studio dashboards are available on request.

GA4 Consulting

My GA4 is already set up. Do I still need help?

Possibly. Many GA4 setups we review are missing important events or count conversions twice. A free 30-minute audit call is the quickest way to find out whether your current setup is giving you the full picture.

What is Google Tag Manager and do I need it?

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a free tool that manages all your tracking codes in one place, without editing your website code for every change. We recommend it for every GA4 setup because it makes tracking more flexible, reliable and easier to maintain.

Can you set up GA4 for my Shopify or WooCommerce store?

Yes. E-commerce tracking is a specialism. We implement the full purchase funnel (product views, add to basket, checkout steps and purchases) on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and most other platforms.

What is Looker Studio and can you build me a dashboard?

Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) is Google's free dashboard tool. It connects to GA4, Google Ads and other sources. We build dashboards around the metrics that matter to you, updated automatically and easy for your whole team to read.

How long does a GA4 setup take?

A standard setup with GTM, core event tracking and a Looker Studio dashboard usually takes 5 to 10 working days. Complex e-commerce or custom-event projects take 2 to 3 weeks. You'll get a timeline up front and full documentation at the end.

Web Development

How long does a website project take?

A standard 5 to 10 page business website takes 3 to 5 weeks from kick-off to launch. E-commerce stores usually take 5 to 8 weeks, depending on products and integrations. You'll get a detailed timeline at the start.

Will my website rank on Google?

Every site we build includes technical SEO as standard: clean URL structure, metadata, schema markup, image optimisation and Core Web Vitals compliance. That gives you the strongest possible foundation. Ongoing SEO and content marketing is available separately.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. We build on content management systems designed for non-technical users and train your team after launch, so you can update text, images, blog posts and pages without touching code. Support and maintenance plans are also available.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes. We modernise outdated sites while protecting your existing rankings and URL structure. Every redesign starts with an audit of your current SEO and analytics so nothing important is lost.

What does a website cost?

Business websites start from £499, landing pages from £999 and e-commerce stores from £1,999. The final price depends on pages, features and integrations. You'll always get a fixed-price quote before work begins, with no hidden costs.

Web Applications

Can we start with a smaller version?

Yes. We'll identify which problem matters most and define a first release around it. Later phases are scoped and agreed separately.

Can you work with our existing software?

We can assess the integration options. It depends on the software, its APIs, permissions and data requirements, and we check feasibility before you commit.

How much does a bespoke application cost?

There's no single price for every application. Share your goals, current process and indicative budget, and we'll discuss a realistic scope and a fixed quote for the first release.

What's the difference between a website and a web application?

A business website explains your services and helps people contact you. A web application lets people complete tasks, manage information or follow a business process. If you mainly need a marketing website, see our web development service.

Do you work with businesses across the UK?

Yes. We work with businesses across the UK, mostly remotely, with on-site workshops when they're useful.

AI Automation

What kind of tasks can be automated?

Almost any repetitive, rule-based task. Common examples are capturing leads into your CRM, email follow-up sequences, invoice generation, report distribution, social scheduling, customer onboarding, HR processes and keeping data in sync between platforms like Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce and Shopify.

Which automation platforms do you use?

Mainly Make.com for flexibility and value, Microsoft Power Automate for businesses already on Microsoft 365, and Zapier for simpler integrations. For complex or high-volume work we use n8n (including self-hosted) or custom Python.

What support do you offer after launch?

Every automation comes with documentation and a training session. You can also choose a monthly support plan that covers monitoring, fixes when connected apps change, and small improvements.

Can you build an AI chatbot for my website?

Yes. We build chatbots trained on your product information, FAQs and business data. They answer customer questions, qualify leads and book meetings, using leading language models with custom instructions and safeguards.

How long does it take to build an automation?

A single workflow usually takes 3 to 7 working days from brief to launch. Larger programmes with several connected workflows take 2 to 4 weeks. We always start with a discovery session before building anything.

Microsoft 365 & Copilot

What is a Microsoft CSP partner and why does it matter?

A Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) sells Microsoft licences directly to businesses and supports them, often at competitive prices and with a dedicated UK contact instead of Microsoft's generic global support line. We manage your licences, billing and support as one point of contact.

Can you migrate us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Yes. We migrate from Google Workspace, cPanel/IMAP email, on-premise Exchange, hosted Exchange and other platforms. Mailboxes, calendars and contacts are moved in a planned, tested process, usually over a weekend to minimise disruption.

What is Microsoft Copilot and is it worth the cost?

Copilot is the AI assistant built into Microsoft 365. It drafts emails and documents, summarises Teams meetings, analyses Excel data and automates routine tasks. Whether it's worth it depends on your roles and how well people adopt it. We run readiness checks and hands-on training so the investment pays off.

What is Microsoft Intune and does my business need it?

Intune is Microsoft's cloud device management tool. It secures company laptops and phones, deploys apps, enforces policies and remotely wipes lost or stolen devices. If staff access company data on any device, you need it. It's included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?

For up to 50 users, migrating email, calendars, contacts and OneDrive usually takes 2 to 3 working days, with the cut-over scheduled for a weekend. A full project including Intune, security and training typically takes about a week. Larger deployments are phased over 1 to 2 weeks.

Google Workspace

Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace?

Yes. We migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint) to Gmail, Calendar and Drive. For teams of up to 50 users we usually complete the move over a single weekend.

Is your Google Workspace pricing cheaper than buying direct?

As a reseller we can supply Google Workspace at or below standard list pricing, with UK-based support, licence management and one point of contact for billing and technical issues. Contact us for a quote based on your team size and plan.

What's the difference between the Google Workspace plans?

Business Starter covers email, Drive and Meet for small teams. Business Standard adds more storage, meeting recordings and richer collaboration. Business Plus adds advanced security, eDiscovery and audit tools. We'll recommend the right plan for each user.

What happens to our data if we switch to Microsoft 365?

Nothing is lost. We export and migrate every mailbox, Drive file, calendar and contact before decommissioning Workspace, and we don't close your account until everything has been checked in the new platform.

Do you train our team?

Yes. Every new setup includes a remote training session covering Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Calendar, Meet and Chat, plus a written quick-reference guide.

AWS Consulting

We're new to AWS. Where do we start?

With a scoping call to understand your application, your team's skills and your requirements. We then design an architecture that fits, not an over-engineered enterprise setup. Most new environments are production-ready within 2 to 4 weeks.

Can you reduce our existing AWS costs?

In most environments, yes. Common savings come from right-sizing instances, Savings Plans or Reserved Instances for steady workloads, S3 lifecycle policies, scheduling non-production resources and removing resources nobody uses. Audits start from £499.

Do you provide ongoing AWS management?

Yes. Managed AWS (from £799 per month) includes monitoring and alerting, monthly cost reviews, patch management, backup verification, incident response and a named consultant who acts as your external cloud team.

Can you migrate our on-premise servers to AWS?

Yes. We plan and run lift-and-shift migrations and more involved modernisation projects. Every migration is phased, with a tested rollback option to minimise business risk.

Which AWS services do you specialise in?

EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, ECS, EKS, Route 53, IAM and CloudWatch, with Terraform for infrastructure as code. For cost we use Cost Explorer, Budgets and Savings Plans, and for DevOps we build CI/CD with CodePipeline, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

Talent Acquisition

What roles do you specialise in?

Technology roles including cloud engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps and platform engineers, software developers (Python, React, Node.js), data engineers, cybersecurity analysts and architects, and IT infrastructure specialists. In digital marketing we place PPC and paid media managers, SEO specialists, analytics professionals, content strategists and performance marketing leaders. We also place fractional CTOs and interim technical leaders.

Do you charge upfront fees?

No. Permanent placements are success-only: the fee is payable when a candidate accepts and starts, typically 12–15% of first-year salary depending on seniority and specialism. Contract staffing is charged as a margin on the contractor's day rate.

How quickly can you find candidates?

For roles within our specialisms we typically present a shortlist of 3 to 5 qualified, interested candidates within 10 to 14 working days of the brief. Urgent contract and interim roles can often be filled within 3 to 5 working days.

What if the candidate doesn't work out?

Every permanent placement includes a replacement guarantee. If the person leaves within 12 weeks of starting (other than through a role change or redundancy), we'll run a replacement search at no extra cost.

Can you help us attract better candidates?

Yes. We offer employer branding support as part of the service, including careers page content, job description writing and salary benchmarking for your target roles.
